Weekly SPI’s (State Performance Indicators): 8.3.5; 8.1.4
Our literary skill for this week is understanding plot structure.
We will accomplish this by reading from our literature textbooks, completing assignments from our reading workbooks, and completing teacher- made assessments.
We will be reading, discussing, and applying our skills to the following literary selections:
- Broken Chain
- The Wise Old Woman
Our workbook pages will be 20-45.
Our grammar focus will be reviewing parts of speech. A consumable grammar workbook will be issued to each student. We will be working from these books each day.
