Carbage’s Language Arts Classes

We have started our week by working on grammar skills in our grammar textbooks and our grammar workbooks. All the students have completed their Flip Books. They should be using them on a daily basis to review the skills covered in class.

8.3.01 Students will demonstrate knowledge of standard English usage. 
Monday-Tuesday: We will review pronouns/ antecedents and relative pronouns. 

Wednesday-Thursday: We will begin to cover cause and effect relationships. 

Friday: This will be the day that students will review reading and grammar skills in written form:

  • Story elements
  • Nouns
  • Pronouns
  • Cause and Effect
