Weekly SPI’s: 8.3.5; 8.1.4
- Our grammar focus will be nouns and pronouns, p.1-12 in our student workbooks. Some of these exercises will be done in class, but others will be homework assignments.
- We will read and discuss “Flowers for Algeron” from our literature textbooks.
- Our literary skills focus will be understanding subplots and parallel episodes.
- Our reading skill will be using context clues.
- We will have a test next Friday, September 7, 2007. It will cover story elements, context clues, and comprehension from this week’s story.
- Work hard and learn all that you can!!
